Advancing the Science of Resilience

The Problem:

Current resilience measures weren't built for high-stress professions. Generic assessments miss the unique challenges faced by those who serve under extraordinary pressure.

Our Research Mission:

GritDoc is developing next-generation assessment tools and evidence-based interventions specifically designed for law enforcement, military operators, first responders, and entrepreneurs.

Resilience & Adaptive Performance in First Responders

Collaborative research studying how law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel maintain performance under sustained occupational stress.

Focus Areas:

  • PTSD prevention strategies
  • Trauma processing and recovery
  • Organizational support systems
  • Cultural factors in help-seeking behavior
